We welcome you to our wonderful and Very clean and spacious villa. Its near all amusement parks, grocery stores, restaurants and the private plunge pool to relax in (heat available for small fee) makes it all worth it. Magical Serenity is watiing for you!!!! Contact me with any questions. Minimum Stay is 2-3 Nights nights. Property location: Downstairs you will find a wonderful open plan kitchen/dining/living area looking out onto the private pool and patio area. Perfect for soaking up some Florida sun. Enjoy morning coffee or Hot chocolate at the breakfast bar or perhaps on the upstairs balcony. The master en-suite bedroom including queen size bed can also be found downstairs. Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with one set of queen size bunk beds and a twin bed. You will find an en-suite bathroom and a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing a bathroom per bedroom in this fantastic townhome. However, please note that Magical Serenity operates on a self-service basis. While we provide a starting point with essentials like toilet paper, toiletries, refreshing water, coffee, tea, Hot Chocolate mix, trash bags, and soap upon arrival, we kindly ask that you equip yourself with additional toiletries needed for the remainder of your stay. The community features a resort-style swimming pool with spa, game room, fitness center, and playground.
I am here to answer any questions and help you feel welcomed and to make sure you enjoy the serenity of our Villa. Your home away from home. LOCATION– The fact you can be at Disney in 10 minutes is a huge bonus. Another major plus is the proximity to a great selection of restaurants at the West End of highway 192. Some of our own family favourites such as Bahama Breeze, Joe’s Crab Shack, Applebee’s, Carrabba’s, The Olive Garden, The Outback, Houlihan’s and our brand new favourite “Bonefish” are all only minutes away. Additionally you can access many local golf courses, all within a 10 minute drive which is obviously another attraction to owners and renters alike.
