This is a privately owned condo where you can enjoy coffee on the deck overlooking the golf course! Comfortable first private bedroom with attached bath, with second semi-private bedroom on the loft with adjacent second bathroom. BONUS additional cozy loft area with twin mattress and desk+chair. Washer and dryer along with fully stocked kitchen. 7 mins to Branson Ferris Wheel with all nearby attractions, and 14 mins to Silver Dollar City! Adjacent to Point Royal Golf Course (<2 min drive to clubhouse). Close to marina with fishing dock open to public, as well as countless restaurants, eateries, shopping and world class Branson entertainment!
We absolutely LOVE Branson! We bought this condo for a little "home away from home", and we enjoy sharing it with others. We do not live within a reasonable distant to drive there if you need something, however we have a professional cleaning crew that makes sure the unit is spotless before your arrival and will stock the rooms with basic supplies. We try to keep as many basic items as possible available for your convenience, but please be mindful that sometimes we do run out.
It is a very quiet neighborhood. Most units are not "rentals" but rather 2nd homes. We are located just 7 minutes from the main entertainment district, however there is a small grocery store right by the Fall Creek Condos for your convenience.
