Sleek and spacious 2 BR, 1 bath condo in heart of downtown Denver. Wall to ceiling windows with view of Union Station and Coors Field. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, mounted Smart TV, and office space with desk/chair. Common areas include huge patio with grills, a gym, community room with pool table, and a bball/tennis court. 5 minute walk to Union Station, Coors Field, RiNo (best craft beer hood in US) and 16th St. Mall/Capital. Covered/secure parking available if needed. Also, as required by Denver law, I live there part time and so some of my clothes/personal belongings are in the unit (though set aside/out of your way). If that bothers you you should look to book elsewhere but that should be the same in any Denver property that allows short-term guests as required by Denver law. Finally, for breakfast, I have cereal/oatmeal/granola bars etc and a generally pretty full pantry which you are welcome to use/consume. There will not be a hot breakfast however unless you pick up yourself and make in the kitchen which you are welcome to use. Just wanted to clarify as some guests have been confused about what breakfast entails.

Condo is located in downtown Denver in the heart of the city. Walking distance to Union Station, 16th Street Mall, RiNo/Highlands and all major sports stadiums (2 blocks from Coors Field).
