This is a two story town house, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms that will be private to you, and 1 full bathroom that will be private to you with the two bedrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are used by me the owner. This is a shared home. Downstairs there is a half bath that is for anyone to use, laundry room, kitchen, dinning room & living room areas are shared. I spend most of my time in my room as I have a desk/TV in my room. But we most likely will pass when in the kitchen or when coming and going. The drive way is where you will park your car on the back of the house, I use the garage for my car.
Hello my name is Jan. I am a retired commercial property manager. My kids are grown and I have no animals. Just me living in the house. I am a Christian woman, and spend most of my free time with my sisters who live close by.
This neighborhood is quiet, we have lots of wonderful paved walking trails that go from the house along a creek, and up through neighborhoods to a big park. Fred Meyer grocery store is a very short walk close to the house, and there are also many places to eat short walk from the house. Bus line stops just 1 block from the house. Uber and Lyft are a great way to get around if you don't have a car.
