We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Sagamore Beach is just across the street from this gorgeous home with a private heated pool...what a dream vacation spot! Hardwood and tile flooring accent custom carpentry and sumptuous furnishings on the interior. The exterior is an oasis of natural and man made beauty with an expansive yard that abuts serene marshes, 2 levels of decks and an enclosed pool and patio area. Enter through the front porch into the main level of living that includes a sparkling contemporary Kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and a spectacular Living Room with gas fireplace, built-ins and flat screen TV. Both rooms offer marsh views and access to the back deck, back yard and pool. The Dining area opens off the Kitchen, with additional seating at the counter top bar. All 4 Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, accessed by a beautiful "Good Morning" stairway that lands onto a small loft area. 2 full Baths are off the 2nd floor hallway, and the Master Bedroom features a private Bath with a custom tiled jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Bedroom with King bed has an additional entrance off the garage, perfect for a couple that might like extra privacy. Central AC keeps you comfortable after a long day at the beach or pool...nothing has been overlooked in this glorious home away from home! Beach access is across street and past 2 houses.
