This Avon vacation rental is the perfect alpine getaway, whether you’re looking to hit the slopes at Beaver Creek Resort and Vail Ski Resort, do some whitewater rafting with Sage Outdoor Adventures, or just relax on the covered balcony and grill up some dinner while the sun sets. You’ll find both Avon and EagleVail’s community centers and recreation opportunities just outside your door.

Whether you are looking for a summer adventure or winter retreat, this 3-bedroom home is the perfect family getaway. Conveniently located between Vail and Beaver Creek, this vacation rental is ideally located for all your mountain needs. In the winter, hit the slopes, then come back to warm up by our fireplace in our spacious living area. In the summer, spend your time enjoying some of the best alpine hiking, biking, fishing, and golfing that the Colorado Rockies have to offer. - No smoking of any kind. This is a strict non-smoking community, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. The duplex is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and observe quiet hours between 120:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - Parking is limited to 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited.
