Boasting an unbeatable location, our home lets you explore Lake Arietta, enjoy the charm of Downtown Auburndale, play sports at Lake Myrtle Community Park, or try out water skiing at Ski Fluid – all within 15-minutes. After your adventures, return to our expansive 5,536 sq. ft. lot and unwind at the back patio or the front porch!

Neighbourhood information

Champions Lake, located just a short walk directly behind the house, hosts numerous water ski events and competitions for you to partake in. Explore the fishing pier, enjoy the reforestation areas, spot a bald eagle nest, and take advantage of the batting cages and pitching tunnels along the Auburndale Trail, all accessible right behind the property.
