This brand-new home on Frederica Road is the perfect vacation spot for your family! 1923 Frederica Road is absolutely amazing. A private home with an inground pool, located 2 miles from the beach and 2 miles to the Pier/Village area. From here you can walk to Redfern Village and all the other nearby shops and restaurants or rent some bikes and tour the whole island. Enjoy the new construction with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - with master suites on the main living level as well as the second level. With an open living, kitchen, and dining room, this house embraces full utilization of space. There is a sun-room off the dining area which leads to the outdoor pool and entertaining area, fenced in for privacy. The outdoor entertaining area has a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and tables with a cooking griddle, two burner eyes and a large propane grill. You'll love having your own cabana area! You can sleep 10 here comfortably. Bring your large multi-generational family or two families can vacation here easily.
