Exquisite 4 Bedroom modern home in Arcadia Lite - the Palm District. Largest rental in the area! Impressive high ceilings, open and spacious with pool, hot tub and bbq in the backyard. Lots of natural light and Camelback Mountain views. Walking distance to LGO, excellent restaurants, the popular AZ canal trail as well as new 5star hotel: The Global Ambassador. Located 15 minutes from the airport. 10 min uber to old town Scottsdale & Fashion Square mall. Bedroom Layout: 1. Master Bedroom (upstairs) - king bed and ensuite w/shower 2. Master Bedroom (downstairs) - king bed and ensuite w/shower (room leads out to pool) 3. Bedroom with Queen Bed 4. this is an amazing place i lived for years myself - such a great central area of phx!
amazing central location - close to old town scottsdale and downton Phoenix - really easy to get to and from ariport but is a great area to stay and hang - no car is needed - Trendy, vibrant food and drink scene Quiet and peaceful with lots of tall palm springs - view of camelback mountain from the home Suburban community surrounded full of lush landscaping Arcadia is known for its local shops and restaurants, such as La Grande Orange Grocery. This chic, curated general store boasts a wine shop, bakery, café, gourmet pizzeria, and more. Enjoy innovative New American cuisine at Ingo’s, which features grass-fed burgers, salads, and craft beers. Many walkable and super short uber ride dining options in the area The cannel is a short walk away as well
