Come and enjoy Whitetail Hollow, a newly decorated property with an excellent location within Massanutten Resort! Located less than five minutes from the ski slopes (seasonal views of the slopes) and less than 10 minutes from the waterpark, this property has all of the amenities you and your family need to have a fantastic vacation. Enjoy watching the wildlife walk around the wooded property and take in the mountain views from the deck or the hot tub. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the resort and includes access to the outdoor pool in the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day; (6 dollar per person fee required). This home features a stylishly designed kitchen, with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The house has LVP flooring throughout the entire living, kitchen and bedroom spaces and the property features a gas fireplace for cozy evenings. For days when it’s better to stay inside, the home has two living rooms, seven total smart TVs, a selection of board and card games and a ping pong table. The home features 5 bedrooms, with a total of nine beds, and 3 full bathrooms, perfect for large family or friend gatherings. Up to three dogs are welcome with the payment of a pet fee of 100 dollars per pet (stays longer than seven nights will incur an additional 50 dollars fee per pet). Note that one-night stays are limited to a maximum of eight occupants total (excludes pets).
Hi! I'm Tom! I grew up in the Washington D.C. metro area (still live here) and went to Virginia Tech. One of the best parts about the DMV is the mountains are so close by! Day hikes, overnight hikes, hikes until your legs feel like rubber, vineyards, breweries, farms, snow sports and so many more activities and places to go keep me coming back to the area which is why I would be thrilled to host you so you can find your next adventure!
There is a paved driveway that can accommodate two to three vehicles. There is also off-street parking at the top of the driveway (less than 50 ft. away) that can accommodate two to three vehicles.
