Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to unit 507! This Condo is located on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach. Relax and rejuvenate with a lovely view of both the ocean and the pool. This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 5th floor condo has an amazing view, and your ocean and pool views are ideal on the private balcony facing south. The unit also has its own secured WiFi along with Premier cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer set in the utility closet. Both the ocean and pool are the views from the private balcony facing south. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.
