PLEASE NOTE: Half of your reservations cost is due up front, and the other half will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 30 days out, the full amount is due up front. After placing your reservation, you will receive a text message asking you to verify your ID. This must be completed, or your reservation will be cancelled. This property is located in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and NO parties. :) This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome accommodates 6 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The kitchen is complete with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room with plenty of seating and opens onto a screened in porch with river views. Bedroom1: KING Bedroom 2-3: QUEEN During your stay you will enjoy the following amenities: Complimentary Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s throughout the house, AC/Heating, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, standard coffee maker, and all linens & towels (minus beach towels). Beach equipment is not provided, but if on the property you are welcome to use it. NO Smoking or Pets allowed. Check-in time: 4PM; Check-out time: 10AM. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
