Property information

AirBnb guest fees (15%) covered in rate! Our Aaron house is the most accessible of our MAM Rentals properties. Suitable for those challenged physically, friendly for those who may have trouble with stairs, or little toddlers' safety. Getting in, out, and around this house has been made more accessible with multiple bedrooms on the ground floor, a walk-in shower as well as the kitchen and main living area.

Neighbourhood information

Shepherd Hills Subdivision on a ridge on eastern side of Rapid City with views of Black Hills to the west and of Ellsworth AFB and open rolling hills to the east. Amazing views throughout neighborhood, stunning sunrises and sunsets. Less than 5 minutes to Watiki waterpark, Rushmore Crossing shopping and restaurants, SAM's Club, Target, and Menards and I-90 interstate access. 10 minutes to Rapid City downtown attractions and Ellsworth AFB gates.
