I assure you, you won't be disappointed! It's incredibly private, just a few streets away from the ocean. There's a children's play area with a slide and swings, and a large city playground, as well as a dog park, just one street over. The house is full of charm and character, furnished comfortably, and equipped with all the kitchen essentials. It's only a quick three-minute golf cart ride to the city center, bustling with shops and restaurants. Plus, there's a hot tub overlooking the marsh and a private bathroom with a sauna that also has a view of the marsh. You're going to love it!
