Recent enhancements have been done to this condo! It has so many nice new touches! New furniture in Living Room and new televisions! Hairdryers have been installed by the owner in each bathroom! Newly 2022 remodeled master bathroom - absolutely beautiful! PAST UPGRADES: Newer sliding glass doors and windows. Operable sliding glass door off the Master Bedroom . This 4th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has been recently redecorated. It has been recently painted throughout in neutral colors. This unit has a couch in the living room with recliner. The washer/dryer and air-conditioning unit has been replaced. This unit has a king in the Master Bedroom and 2 double beds in the Guest Room. Being on the 4th floor you have an awesome view of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony. The complex has a large Oceanside pool, security gate and parking for 2 vehicles. Book this one today! Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is only 25 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Our Island is only 6 miles long and 3 miles wide so everything is considered nearby. We have parks, restaurants, shops, movie theatre and the historic downtown district. A short 10-15 minute drive off the Island will take you to a large assortment of popular shopping plazas and restaurants and more commercial areas.
