Other cottages are located on the property. This cottage does not have a stove, oven or full kitchen. This is a quiet comfort cottage nestled on 14 acres next door to Vinovium Winery. Other cottages are also located on the property adjacent to this cottage. The property is typically quiet in the evenings. The driveway for this property is located on US-290, 5.5 miles west of Johnson City and 4 miles east of Hye, Texas. It is located 600 feet east of Vinovium Winery. The driveway is near the blue “Vinovium Winery” highway sign. This beautiful Airbnb is located on 14 acres of private land tucked away among the beautiful Oak trees. We have 4 other cottages on the property and are working to build five others. The cottages are walking distance to our neighboring winery. We try to keep noise to a minimum while guests are visiting. We do not employ large constructions crews. Lyft and Uber are extremely limited. Additional check in-times may be available depending on occupancy. Early Check-in times will generally not be available until after 1:00. Space on the couch may be available for a young child. Most major cell phone carriers work with no problem.
