Beautifully updated 1 bedroom guest suite in the adorable Platt Park area of Denver; with quick and easy access (under an hour) to several different ski resorts and hot springs! Everything’s been thought of for your stay including snacks, parking, cooking necessities and access to the backyard lounge area. Located between Historic South Pearl Street and South Broadway! Short drive to DU, downtown and Red Rocks, perfectly situated between 2 rail stations for easy access areas, including Denver Airport If a third guest is staying in the accommodation there is a sofa bed made up for them, this must be requested for two guests. For those considering long stays please note: Washer and dryer access is available in the main part of the house which is shared; this must be scheduled ahead of time and there is a fee
Passionate and creative artist (obviously), who used her creativity to come up with this special stay for you all! I am using my Airbnb as an opportunity to touch more people with my art, let me know if you’d like to buy anything from the Airbnb or check out my website! I love Denver and know more than my fair share of fun places, don’t hesitate to ask me about my favorite places around town! I am thrilled to share my special home in Platt Park with my guests. I am usually out and about or painting in the house, Lumee (my puppy) and I will utilize the front and or back yard, but besides that I want to respect my guests space and privacy.
Walking distance of the beautiful Platt Park! Just a few streets away from the fun and trendy South Pearl St and South Broadway areas. There is more than enough to do in the area, including fine dining restaurants, bars, dispensaries, vintage/antique shopping and so much more! You will feel right at home here; this neighborhood is a great option for those guests that are not traveling with their own car because it is so walkable and safe! Steam and Corvus coffee shops are super close and neighborhood staples. Dispensaries, breweries and wine bars all in walking distance as well, you will so enjoy your stay here with plenty to do! Walking distance to everything you could need! Two light rail stations, (Louisiana & Pearl, I-25 & S Broadway) Bike and scooter share available, as well as Uber and Lyft
