Located right behind this home is a private boardwalk to the beach that is golf cart accessible. Enjoy picturesque VIEWS from this waterfront home of the sparkling blue-green waters from your private balcony while relaxing in the Gulf breezes and sipping a Margarita. Put your feet up and know this is the vacation you have been looking for. When you enter this waterfront home; you will find a spacious downstairs living room with a wet bar and two bedrooms. The two bedrooms offer king size beds and flat screen TV's to enjoy during some down time. Each bedroom has it's own full size bathroom. Walk out onto the covered patio and embrace yourself with Beach-A-Holic's PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms; including two master suites. The master suites both offer king size beds; full size bathrooms; flat screen TV's and share an over-sized balcony with AMAZING VIEWS of the gulf. The third bedroom offers three sets of twin over twin bunk beds; and its own full bathroom. As you enter onto the third floor you are welcomed with island style living. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up your fresh catch; dining area; and spacious living room that opens to a private balcony with unlimited ocean views. Use the ELEVATOR to get your groceries up to the third story kitchen without breaking a sweat.
