A/C individual thermostat Front desk will ask for a credit card for the Security Deposit, where 250 will be held for eventual damages. It will be immediately released at the check-out. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Welcome to Hallandale Beach! This city is located between Sunny Isles and Hollywood. This exclusive and family-friendly beach is one of the best located, in north Miami. This is a quiet neighbor, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarkets to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right across the bridge. Can be reach in a short and pleasant walk (or just take the condominium shuttle!) 2 Minute-walk to the beach, 5/10 minute-walk to kids playgrounds Close to US1, quick access to I-95 highway, 10 min from Aventura Mall, 5 min from Gulfstream Park (horse racing and casino) 40 min from Miami Intl Airport, 20 min from Lauterdale Intl Airport, 20 min drive to Bal Harbour Shops, 35 min drive to Sawgrass Mills Premium Outlet.
