This three Bedroom, two Bathroom home features large bay windows in the Living Room to stay focused on that ocean view and a central stone fireplace. The Primary Suite boasts a walk-in closet and Ensuite Bathroom with a vintage step-down jacuzzi tub. The private backyard is complete with a hot tub, lounge chairs, and a lush tropical garden. The front patio is the perfect location to watch the July 4th fireworks, sailboat regatta, and sunset over the Channel Islands from the comfort of your own space.
