Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The location of this home places you in a quiet neighborhood off of Alpine Meadows road, only 5-minutes down the hill from the Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and 10-minutes from Squaw Valley Ski Resort. This area is known for its beautiful views and all-day-long sunshine! The home is tucked in a small cul-de-sac offering extra privacy and backs up to National Forest Land which allows for some incredible views! Head over to the base of Alpine Meadows road for some dining options, or make the short drive to Squaw for quick shopping needs. During the summer months enjoy a walk or bike ride on the Truckee River bike path located 7 minutes from the home. With HWY 89 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas such as Truckee just 20 minutes away. Or head into Tahoe City is a 10-minute drive where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers' markets, live music, and a big sandy beach with a great park and lakeside walkway. With its easy access to ski resorts, bike paths, and beaches, this home is a great launching pad for year-round fun in Tahoe.
