Located in the village of Eastsound, Madrona Pointe is at the end of a private, wooded road right at the edge of town. Looking out toward the trees and water, you'll have privacy in a quiet setting. There are neighbors in the vicinity, so respecting the privacy and quiet hours in the neighborhood is always appreciated. Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 8 am each day. Exterior Lights are turned off at night to reduce light pollution.
