Purchased in 2021, we transformed it from an outdated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom space with a dark, unfinished basement into a luxurious retreat. The home now features abundant natural light, a cozy movie room, and a welcoming atmosphere that even the local wildlife adore. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!

This is our favorite neighborhood in all of Colorado Springs! It’s just a short walk to some of the city’s best hiking and biking trails and the iconic Broadmoor, a world-famous hotel. Plus, you’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown, Old Colorado City, and the vibrant Ivywild neighborhood, where you can indulge in amazing food, drinks, and shopping.
