Neighbourhood information

The property is located in the Pointe North neighborhood on Wilmington Island. It is a very safe location with friendly and respectful neighbors. Please be mindful that it is a residential neighborhood, so speed limits and quiet hours must be respected. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay. We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is close to the highway, but you will barely hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time! There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
