I ve brand new delightfully designed apartment in picturesque New York! Relax in this elegant retreat and make unforgettable memories. I will happy to share my beautiful space with you! THIS IS A PRIVATE ROOM IN SHARED UNIT with 2BATHROOMS Upon entering you are welcomed by tall ceilings and epic hard floors, the American kitchen with living room is at the end hallway facing Hudson River and Park view. I will be happy to share my place with you! I live in the unit THE ROOM: The room is designed delightfully to give you a STUDIO comfort. This sunlit room comes with double bed, cozy couch and coffee table where you can work/enjoy eating. The bathroom is just next to your room. You have kitchen hutch pantry, retro fridge and microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and more in your space. You can fix your breakfast and prep-meals! You are welcome to use fully equipped kitchen as well! LOCATION: You will be in Times Square in 15 mins! Just 2 short blocks to nearest subway (metro) 137th street City College station which makes it easy to explore all that New York City has to offer. After a day of sightseeing, return to your private oasis, where you can unwind and take in breathtaking city views. WORK/STUDY: High Speed Wireless internet! Sturdy big table with ergonomic office chair. I have two beautiful cats.
I am fashion designer and photographer. We have been in this neighborhood for 15 years and loving it everyday more and more! It is very chic, popular and alive with new restaurants, cafes. We take a big advantage of Riverbank Recreational State Park which is across the street. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet place, yet want to be 10-15 mins to attraction however considering to dine and hangout in the neighborhood time to time as well, my place is right for you!
We are on the most peaceful side of Manhattan where everyone wants to live. There are no shops and stores under the buildings so Riverside Park not only offers Hudson River view, it also makes us feel like we don’t live in the city. Yet, the main street Broadway is just 1 block away where you will find many shops, store and grocery markets. These room face courtyard so you will sleep like a baby!
