Great location! Efficiency apartment conveniently located just one block from Rehoboth Avenue, Park your car and walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit. Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase. Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated.
