Welcome to 203 Descanso Ave - Avalon Home. Recently updated two-story, custom-built and Avalon home is just a short block from the beach, shopping, and more. You will find Catalina tile and murals throughout this home, as well as an open great room style main floor, including a custom gourmet kitchen with a center island, granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, and a gas chef’s stove. All three bedrooms, with ceiling fans and televisions, are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is the master suite with a Cal King bed and large flat panel TV, opens onto a spacious outside deck with patio furniture and a propane barbecue, fridge and sink for private morning breakfasts or evening dining. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom, an office for the home’s owners, has a double bed. One ¾ bath is located on the main level, a second is located on the second floor, and a third is in the master suite (no bath tub). Just one visit will make this your new favorite Avalon home to return to again and again! 1307 sq. ft. 203D This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
