Ground floor access to the master suite features a king size bed offering, walk-in closet, a private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub and separate shower stall. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor along with a relaxing loft area with loads of room and confortable seating. Perfect for reading a book, hanging out or just talking with family and freinds. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed with flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 also features a Queen-sized bed with flat screen TV. Bathroom 2 services the upstairs bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo. There is also a separate laundry room off the entrance to the home with a washer and dryer. Our third bathroom is also conveniently placed in this location too! Pool Policy: A private pool & spa is available on the property. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
