Welcome to Coconut Palms Beach Resort II 4512, an oceanfront escape located directly on the 13-mile expanse of New Smyrna Beach. This beachfront gem was recently renovated, offering exquisite design details throughout. Highlights include a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, beach towels to bring down to the sand, free WiFi, a primary bedroom with balcony access, and a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower. When you're not surfing, fishing, or practicing your favorite water sports, you'll find much to do on the grounds of the resort. Coconut Palms Beach Resort II includes two swimming pools, a picnic area with grills, easy beach access, and a fitness center. New Smyrna Beach is the second oldest town in Florida - what many recall as the Florida of yesteryear. Known for its coastal architecture and personality, New Smyrna Beach is a prime location for surfers as well as visitors looking for a laid-back beach experience filled with hidden adventures. This warm-hearted surf town offers 13 miles of beach and a historic downtown with a lively mix of one-of-a-kind boutiques, local eateries, fashion-forward coffee houses, and bars. No matter how simple or eclectic your taste, the spirited New Smyrna Beach area has something for everyone. Things to know This building is under construction into 2024. There are building materials and workers all around building and the resort is closed leaving only a few condos in the building open as vacation rentals. One of the pools is closed, and one remains open. There is no direct beach access, but there is beach access next door. The tiki bar is also closed. This condo is located on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 5. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
