Relax at this peaceful 3rd story condo in a gated community. This beautiful unit features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 684 square feet. Adorable 3rd story (36 steps) condo located right in the center of everything! With easy access to golf, hiking, the Phoenix Zoo, Phoenix airport, shopping and more. Featuring North/South exposures, 9ft ceilings, covered balcony, washer, dryer and refrigerator! The complex features a heated community pool & spa, work-out facility and walking paths.
We're sisters and we love hosting! We started in 2023 and are looking forward to hosting you. We’ll be responsive via messaging. Contact us for anything.
This condo is located 5 miles or less from Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Zoo, Tempe Town Lake just to name a few You will have access to one covered carport space. Additional cars can park in the unopened parking spaces.
