The Pink House is our pride and joy in the heart of historic downtown Shelburne—a quintessential Vermont village with walkable charm and serious small-town magic. This beautifully preserved home features three 1-bedroom apartments, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or groups who want to book multiple units together. You’re just steps from cafés, bakeries, wine bars, and Shelburne Farms (a personal favorite). If you’re into farmers markets, scenic strolls, and discovering Vermont at its coziest—this one’s for you. The Old North End Duplex in Burlington is where things get a little more urban and artsy. This colorful two-unit home includes a 2-bedroom garden flat and a bright 1-bedroom upstairs apartment—rent them separately or together for extra space. Located in one of the city’s coolest neighborhoods, you’ll be walking distance to the waterfront, downtown, and a treasure trove of local bars, coffee shops, vintage stores, and late-night snacks. More buzz, less bustle—and plenty of Burlington charm.
