This unique 430 sqft guest house is a cozy home in a tranquil neighborhood for your next getaway. The space This modern guest unit offers contemporary minimalist living is the perfect base to explore Los Angeles. Guest access The house has a cozy dinning/kitchen space with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom. Guest will have private entrance and destinated parking space on site. Other things to note Guests will have access to the entire guest house which is unit B on the lot. Our guest house is an attached unit to our Unit A main house.
