This is our vacation home, but it is set-up as a luxury, short term rental for guests. It is turn-key, therefore, doesn't require any interaction with us or the care-takers of the home. We have an electronic lock on the door and will issue you a unique code for your stay. I spent years in the hospitality industry (Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, and private country clubs) and my wife and I view our role as general manager/proprietor of this property. Our goal is to make sure your stay exceeds your expressed and unexpressed wishes. We live two hours from the property, but have excellent care takers for the home right in Highlands. Should you need anything regarding home maintenance, cleaning, or additional supplies just let us know!
Holt Knob is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in downtown Highlands. Most a year-round community, there are an amazing array of quintessential Mountain Homes carefully placed throughout this community. Great walking, beautiful scenery, and friendly neighbors. You can walk to town from our home, but to get anywhere else you will need a car.
