Cozy Haus is a spacious gem, gorgeously renovated, and designed for upscale comfort. Boasting 3bd/2 bath. Thoughtful luxury finishes throughout with open concept floor plan. Granite tops, stainless appliances, walk in custom showers, waterproof vinyl plank floors. Perfect location for river trips, Gruene, Whitewater Amphitheater, Canyon Lake, or Schlitterbahn. Location! One block off Walnut and IH 35 so easy access anywhere with many stores and restaurants within walking distance.
