Enjoy a relaxing getaway in secluded mountain guest house! Our single room features a queen-sized Zinus bed with 3" foam topper and pull-out double couch to accommodate up to four guests total. The kitchen is stocked with the necessities, and the stay is complete with comfy couch and a multiple streaming apps. Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Great Smoky Mountains and the location one mile from downtown Bryson City. Come and visit while riding the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, rafting the Tuckasegee River, or hiking the Smoky Mountains! There is a new deck with chairs and a fire pit for grilling or toasting marshmallows over an open fire with the mountain tops in the background. It doesn't get any better than this! *Note -we recently decided to allow pets/dogs for a fifty dollar fee - max 2 pets. PLEASE ADVISE IN ADVANCE if you are bringing a pet as the xtra fee goes to our cleaning staff who will know if there has been a dog staying at the property. SORRY, NO CATS.
Hi! I’m Patty and the reason I host this property is because I love meeting new people and enjoy living in the mountains! Walking the trails with my two pups invigorates me, as does breathing in the crisp clean air and taking in the stellar views my area offers. I’m spoiled! When you stay here you will be treated like family, and don’t shy from asking for recommendations I love to give them!
The guest house is located on a very quiet road with mountain views. The neighbors are very friendly, there are chickens and vegetable gardens right next door. The roads are hilly and curved but paved. Snowstorms have become rare, and are sometimes in January or February. Since this is a mountain town, our facilities are quick to plow and we never have problems getting around with our 2 wd cars.
