    “The studio is really nice and Mahbuba accessible and kind. Perhaps, is it a bit too expensive for the level of comfort. The electric heating was a bit noisy and it is a little noisy (we can hear the neighbors. The courtyard is not very welcoming...”

The studio unit is part of a ground floor unit at the back with a private entrance. It is 15 mins away from La Guardia airport by taxi and 8 mins walking distance from major subway & bus stops that will take you anywhere in New York and New Jersey. We have a renovated,full furnished brick unit with a reserved parking spot at the door. A private cozy unit with two bedrooms,a kitchenette,and 1.5 bathrooms.Smart tv, Netflix and free personal WiFi provided. My place is good for couples and solo traveler coming to city for work rotations or transitioning to the city from other states.
I'm a fashion design major with passion for design itself. Love renovating, interior designing, meeting new people and hosting.
Jackson Heights is a vibrant ,all languages, all nations neighborhood with wide range of options for food ,drinks, shopping, festivities and entertainment. It is a very upbeat, family friendly and safe neighborhood.
