New remodel w/ AC in summer! Best location in town! The Peak 9/Quicksilver chairlift, Main Street & Blue River are all located within one block! Ski/bike rentals & Mi Casa Restaurant are downstairs. Sleeps up to 4: new king bed & queen sleeper sofa. Fully stocked kitchen, fast wifi, HD cable, balcony & shared hot tub! Free heated garage parking with possible early/extended access if parking spot is open for more time skiing or in town. Fully smoke & pet free unit. Fireplace no longer in use. THE CONDO 400 square foot studio located on the second floor in the Der Steiermark building with a private balcony and views of the mountains. The condo has a new king-sized bed with a Denver Mattress Co Doctor's Choice plush mattress and queen-size sleeper sofa with a new Classic Brands 5 inch memory foam mattress. Condo includes a 55 inch smart flat screen TV with Xfinity HD cable, fast wifi, a closet, fully equipped kitchen with four-person breakfast bar, full oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker w/ coffee, tea, creamers, syrups and all cooking equipment you'd need. The bathroom has a shower and comes with soap, shampoo, conditioner and makeup wipes.
Currently between Breckenridge, Denver, Tulsa or Chicago or traveling around! You will usually find me traveling around the world, renovating my condos or backpacking and skiing Colorado. I own two ski in and out condos in the Rocky Mountain town of Breckenridge, CO, a condo in Denver and a condo in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. I love hosting on Airbnb and strive to make sure you have a 5 star experience at my home away from home. You might also find me helping out some of my awesome friends with hosting their places as well! As a guest, I am usually out exploring everything the destination has to offer, so you will likely barely see me. As a host you likely will not see me at all, but I am available by text or email to help in any way. You will likely not see me, but I am available by text or phone to answer questions. I can not guaranteeing 24 7 service, but will reply as quickly as I can. The guide book and check in letter are very detailed and should answer all possible questions.
Der Steiermark is located between the base of Peak 9 and Quicksilver lift and Main Street. The building is across the street from the lift, Breckenridge Ski and Snowboard School, Breckenridge Sports Rentals, the season pass and lift ticket office, Urgent Care and Maggie Pond. The building is also feet from Main Street where most restaurants and shopping are available. Across the street at the Village a recently completed massive courtyard renovation is now host to The Art Festival, Beer Festival, Farmers Market and more! You’re steps from the Recreation Path, which will take you to the Blue River for fly fishing or a picnic, River Walk Center for live music and events, Recreational Center, restaurants and shopping and all the way to Frisco or the Dillion Reservoir if you like! Once you are at the condo there’s no reason for a car as the town is completely walkable. You can walk to dining, shopping, grocery and liquor, the gondola and skiing. There are also free town shuttles. The free Summit Stage will take you to Keystone, Copper and A-Basin. Take the Colorado Mountain Express shuttle from Denver International Airport directly to the unit and never need a car!
