Property information

Perfect location for all that downtown Annapolis offers, right across from USNA gate 2. Super convenient, park your car and walk everywhere! Lots of shopping, restaurants, tours, cruises & nightlife. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. There is a large living room space with a full pull out couch, tv and dining table. The bedroom has a queen bed with a tv. There is a small full kitchen and updated bathroom. To enter the building you will need to go up 9 stairs. There's no hand rail for the first 4 stairs. Once you enter the building you will have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit which is located on the 3rd floor. This apartment is not recommended for young children because of the stairs.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Annapolis so you'll have endless options of places to walk to for shopping, dining, coffee, drinks and live entertainment. Since the apartment is downtown in the city there is some noise that you may hear.
