The private beach is only frequented by members of the neighborhood, so guests won't have to worry about access passes—you can enjoy plenty of clamming, kayaking, and watching sunsets during your stay. After a day of sandcastles, kayaking, and body surfing, gather in the living room to unwind with friends and family. Lounge on the sectional while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless steel appliances, and all the kitchen gadgets needed to whip up tasty meals and beach snacks. Dine together in the light-filled dining room where the long wooden table seats six comfortably. Each bedroom is uniquely outfitted with your comfort in mind. There is even a loft with beds as a fun additional sleeping space. Step out onto the deck for some fresh air in the morning or to utilize the grill around dinnertime. The gas fireplace is only available during the winter months. Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
