Enjoy your SouthWest Florida vacation in a home that is accustomed for your comfort. This New Duplex Construction , 3 bedroom 2 bath home provides you with a well stocked kitchen that will comfortably accommodate 7 guests. With beaches close by ( Boca Grande only 10 minutes , Englewood beach 13 min away) you are provided with 2 beach hey chairs, an umbrella, a cooler bag and beach towels. Multiple Golf Courses in the community, Tarpon Fishing. The Parks , Tennis Courts, Restaurants minutes away . 2 Cruiser Bicycles will be able to stroll you around the neighborhood of Rotonda West. We providing passes to a Park Pool ( 8 minutes sway) for 2 adults and 3 kids .
