The Fasching Haus is located only two blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and downtown Aspen. This two level 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe townhome boasts an open living area with high-end finishes and a welcoming fireplace. The kitchen is a delight for entertainers with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an expansive island with bar seating for eight. The condo's other high-end finishes include hardwood floors, flat screen TVs, beautiful furniture, air conditioning in the living area, and more. Suitable for three couples or a family, the bedding arrangements include a King bed in the primary bedroom and two Twin beds in each guest room, which can be converted into King beds with comfortable bed bridges. Primary bedroom: King bed  Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King. Guest Bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King.  **This rental can be combined with Fasching Haus Unit 10 to form a six-bedroom condominium, one of the only large condos available in downtown Aspen.** Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room.
