Surrounded by tropical landscaping & fruit trees on a corner lot, this cozy ranch features an open floor plan w/new kitchen! House features three real bedrooms + two full bathrooms with ample closet space and storage throughout. Two separate living rooms as well! Enjoy a quiet retreat, fishpond w/lilly pads and fire pit. LBKs historic fisherman village is 3 blocks to Whitney Beach, 2 blocks to kayaks and bay. Cotton candy sunset. Walk to Shore, Mar Vista or Whitney! Town requires a minimum of one month booking minimum.
