The living room sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, sunroom, smart TV with Airplay, Nest thermostat, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker. __ PARKING: Free street parking is occasionally available within 1-2 blocks. Permitted street parking is often available within 1 block. Parking permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year and mailed to the building in 1-2 weeks.
