Welcome to our exquisite home in the heart of Rancho Cordova, ideally situated to explore the vibrant culture and attractions of both Sacramento and Folsom. This meticulously updated abode boasts three versatile spaces, including two cozy bedrooms and a fully equipped office with a comfortable couch, ensuring a delightful stay for both business travelers and leisure seekers! Guests have access to the whole house. Key Features: - Smart lock keyless entry with door code upon arrival. - Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, oil, salts, and peppers. - Bathroom: Stand-in shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. - Laundry room: washer, dryer, laundry detergent and softener. - Three parking spaces on the driveway with additional free street parking - Backyard patio with cover Check-in time is 4:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am

The neighborhood is located near a six-mile stretch of the beautiful American River. It is an emerging urban center with a small-town feel. Rancho Cordova has a burgeoning arts scene, a unique Barrel District, 26 beautiful miles of bike and pedestrian trails, 70 serene acres of creek channels and tributaries, and over 100 (mostly) free events that make us a destination for artists, adventurers and fun-lovers Parking is plentiful and it is easy to get around both in car and public transportation. Just a short 3 minute walk to light rail gives you access to the whole metropolitan area
