Property information

Spacious 4 bed Studio located in the historic Galveston area with all amenties. Recently renovated to include brand new stainless steel appliances, full size laundry, large screen wifi enabled television. Location is smoke free and pet friendly with shared large back yard available for guests and pets. Minutes to the beach in multiple directions, close to the cruise terminal in less than 10 mins of driving. Street parking is available as well Electric Vehicle Charging in this quite area !!! This location is located in the bottom rear of a 3 unit 1950's historic home that has been recently renovated to welcome you for your beach and island holiday ! Outdoor area available with sleeping area available for 7. 1 full and 1 half bath available for all guests with full washer and dryer in unit for guests use. Pet Friendly ! Guest will have access to the whole lower rear unit as well as all areas of the outside of the property. Pets are 100 percent welcome to be with you during your stay at this location, but there would be a standard 25 dollar per night plus tax charge for this during your stay. When you book from us, we'll send a separate request to pay this fee. This location is a triplex and has three distinct available locations. For this location guests will have exclusive access and use of the lower left rear studio location located at the left rear of the property. Common areas such as back and front area could be shared by guests if other units are booked during this time. GVR06804

Quiet Location located in the Central area of Galveston Island !! Many wonderful areas available by walking and golf cart. Uber and Lyft are also readily available on the island. If needed Instacart, Grubhub, and such are also available !
