Incredible opportunity to stay in a modern apartment with a water view! Located on the Quinnipiac River close to downtown New Haven. The apartment features a spacious floor plan, a modern kitchen, and chic furnishing. Up to 4 people can stay in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size memory foam mattress and a large closet. Other features: central heating, a 55” smart flat screen TV, gas stove, dishes/utensils, large tub, high-speed internet access, and plenty of off-street parking for cars.
