Incredible mountain view from new, open-concept, walk-out basement with private entrance. Close to skiing. Adjacent to open space & trail system, this newly furnished, beautifully designed guest suite has: 2 spacious bedrooms; washer/dryer; fire pit; well stocked kitchen; private patio dining; & smart TV. Owners are quickly available if needed. Basement is insulated for sound (expect muffled steps), unlimited hot water and separate heat/air conditioning in each room for absolute comfort.
Empty nesters. We have time for travel. Love an adventure. We live upstairs and we are happy to make sure you have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The guest suite is completely private with a separate entrance. You may hear muffled footsteps or noises from upstairs, but we are quiet with no pets or children. Our sleeping area is up 2 floors so your noises won’t disturb us.
The home is close to mountains on a quiet cul-de-sac. The backyard is adjacent to open space with walking trail, birds, wildlife and a seasonal stream. One off street parking space. A variety of shops are within a 3 mile radius but you will feel like you are far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Less than 10 miles to Snowbird Ski Resort. Twenty miles to Solitude & Brighton Ski Resort for you to enjoy your IKON pass.
