Welcome to a homestay away from home! You will have the entire third-floor suite all for yourself and your family and friends. The unit is located on the third floor and accessible by two flights of stairs. The space has been recently upgraded with hardwood floors. The suite includes 2-bedrooms, a children's playroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a combined foyer and a dining space. - Bedrooms: one bedroom with queen size bed and another bedroom with two twin beds and a closet. Great water views from your rooms. - There is a separate spacious room for hanging out and for children to play. We provide toys, books, and some games. - Kitchen: Full-sized stainless steel refrigerator with freezer, stainless steel electric oven range, microwave, toaster, granite countertops, and everything else you need to cook your meal. - Complimentary Wi-Fi - Xfinity Flex TV - One off-street parking and plenty of free street parking The homeowner with the family lives on the premises on the first and second floors. You will have full privacy in your suite but will need to go through the house's shared hallways to access your suite. NOTE: Guests must take the stairs to get to the suite, which is on the third floor. The stairs can be steep for some, especially those with mobility issues. There is no elevator. NOTE: Guests go through the host's first-floor kitchen entrance to reach the third-floor guest suite. While the kitchen entrance is the only common area where the hosts and guests cross paths occasionally, the guests have full privacy on the third-floor unit. The hosts occupy the other side of the house on the first and second floors. NOTE: This is not a hotel. It's a guest suite inside our house. While we provide the best homestay experience of an Airbnb, the guest expectations should not be of a regular hotel. There is no 24/7 reception desk, you will see the hosts in the house since they live on the premises, and you need to follow the specific house rules.
