Enjoy many nearby gourmet restaurants, Hill Country excursions, hiking, heated swimming pool w/ hot tub and adjacent FP, lake access! GREAT for Romantic Retreat, Family Vacay, or Group GetAway! We enjoy hosting special Events, celebratory occasions and making each stay truly special! INCLUDE: Billing zip and preference for payment please with your initial booking for best rates! RDD (REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit) will also be taken as outlined, but varies w/ number of guests/length of stay. PLEASE NOTE: Booking takes your card info. Bookings are only confirmed w/ payment thru Paypal, Square, or the direct payment method of your choice, VenMo or Zelle. However, guests will need to reach out- message directly to host to make payment for lower rates or any Add Ons such as Continental Breakfast (fee/person), pets (for acceptance to be considered as pets are only accepted individually w/ details), river easement, pier! This property is unique in one of the most prestigious, upscale, interesting areas of Austin. NOT a SUBDIVISION!~ It was old farmland property, on 1.3 acres of native trees and plants, and sits with pride as part of an older, more peaceful way of life. It is because of this, that the property is so special, secluded and away from the hustle bustle, yet near so many wonderful places to visit during your stay. There are many types of birds and other wildlife that frequent the property, and one has only to sit and listen to be reminded that one is truly in the country here. NOTE: This website takes your credit card. Please include billing zip and cvc code with your card as Bookings are only confirmed w/ payment thru Paypal or Square! A 12-19% service fee will be taken w/ rates through Paypal and all guests agree to Rental Agreement sent via email upon booking. Let me know w/booking if you prefer VenMO!
