Company information

The Highland Glen opened it doors in 2002 in Anchorage, Alaska. Hosted by Cliff and Sheila Stratton, it quickly became a top rated Bed and Breakfast. In 2022 the home had a devastating fire and underwent 3 years of beautiful renovations. Cliff and Sheila are living on site once again and look forward to greeting guest while their daughter, Gwen Adams, takes on the owner and innkeeper role with the help of her husband, Mark.

Renovated in a traditional mountain Tudor style, Highland Glen Lodge offers a space influenced by our Scottish heritage and adventurous Alaskan spirit. Highland Glen caters to comfort and homey luxury. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds, sitting area, beautiful bathrooms with heated floors, and all the comforts of home.
